   You could also benefit from using websockets instead of sending the message to a DB and fetching it from there. This way, you'd have instant communication between the users and there's no need to store anything.

   What I don't get is how the .env file was even served when Laravel uses the public/index.php as starting point, so your root Folder should have been the public/ folder, not the application folder. Mistakes like this happen, b

    Great landingpage dude! Was building something like that a while ago for myself until I realized, I'd just use the email+something@gmail.com feature. But anyways, great idea! Wish you all the success or at least some decent side money.

    Have you tried dunked.com already? You should try that. I'm currently in a team of 3 persons building a competitor for creating easy portfolios/cv's, but with main focus on the german market.
