You can use the "Online-Personalausweis" for quite some things actually. For example to authenticate at banks, so you don't have to do Video-Ident. Or to do taxes etc. I wrote a post about it earlier this year: https:/&

I am very happy with my S10 Lite as well, also received Android 12 recently. With some PC software it's possible to uninstall Bixby and the other bloatware even without rooting.

I tried all of them except of Protonmail, which doesn't support IMAP. Fastmail is fine, Zoho is really cluttered and Purelymail is my current favorite.
