I agree that what Google does is considered fair use. They show your content as snippets and they gain knowledge about topics and improve their search engine based on your content. I don’t see a big issue with what Github is doing either, a

What would this tracking mean in regards to following the EU ePrivacy directive? My understanding is that session resumption mechanisms could be used to track users by capturing the session ID and associating it with the user's IP addr

I assume Cloudflare does not serve leap-smeared time? In regards to rough-time, does anyone know what the result would be when both Cloudflare and Google are used at the same time, and Google serves leap-smeared time?

Perhaps 70% could be LIFO and 30% FIFO. This will give an incentive for people to visit when there is no queue at all, but everyone will eventually get served. The problem would be to uniquely identify someone to avoid cheating.

Am I missing something here?. The number of API calls per month seems to be extremely low? With 100 or 1000 API calls, how can you make a "dynamic" application? This would only be useful for static / stale content. What good
