There were shops which had ways to get data on and off mobile phones possibly with custom cables, I'm not sure how they did it. I had a Nokia data transferred to a Samsung once. I think they could also SMS the ringtones to the phones.

No because Netflix account isn't written into law. It's a criminal act to watch TV without the license. The definition of license is a permit to do something. It's a permit to watch TV, given to you by the government.
