A big problem with research into nicotine is that it has been conflated with tobacco smoke. You should really substitute "nicotine" with "tobacco smoke" in these sentences.

I feel like I have been living in a cave. I have never heard of Penny Arcade but people are referring to them as legendary. Visiting their site feels like going back to 2006. What am I missing?

It makes my skin crawl when I see it. I really hope this "because noun " thing doesn't become anything more than the irritating form of humour that it started out as. It is almost as irritating as "on accident".

I think it just activates an alarm when it comes into contact with water. It's not a floatation device as far as I can see.

You really don't have to eat that much protein (maybe two grams per kg of lean body mass) just make sure that you are eating several hundred calories over your maintenance every day and you are lifting consistently, with good intensity
