Not likely... The process of sponsoring a visa applicant can be costly and must be completed by a us citizen. There are significant cost to this as well. If they find out, you will be blacklisted and never gain citizenship

SF is geographically unique as is NYC... as concentration of wealth focuses on such areas it has a exponential effect on value of goods and services in such an area. There is not much you can do about it.
