That doesn't work for Google Authenticator. Apps can opt-out of being able to be backed up, which even prevents adb/helium backups (unless you're rooted).

It can only serve one connection at a time, so if you're using it to serve a file download or have multiple users accessing it simultaneously it'll hang for all other clients.

Regarding exporting OTP settings: My solution was to use Titanium Backup on the Google Authenticator app, extract secret keys from that data, use them to create GA-compatible setup QR codes for each account, and save those QR codes in KeePa

I'd recommend Office 365 Home Premium. It includes 5 user accounts, each getting 1TB of OneDrive storage and access to the full MS Office Suite. The retail price is $99/year, but you can typically find discounts, e.g. here it'
