thanks for the copy/paste. I had the same reaction as you when I first saw pastebin is blocked. (about a year ago) I still don't know why it's blocked and they don't even care to give a reason or explain what's going on. we have seen worse

I agree that "hate php and love python" part, however, we may still need to use php or at least read php code at work/school. and this app could be useful for that purpose if it had python to php conversion too.

I Know, but I still think, that "more" part is not all about talent but practicing. I believe with enough time, any programmer can create a web-page that looks decent.
