Installed Doom3 using the CDs and updated to the latest release. Then opened the sln file in VS 2010 and changed the command line args for debugging to point to the data of the game installed from the cd (instead of steam). Now what is the

Wtf Rage is amazing and I've never seen a game that looks better. I would say that getting Rage done is quite an achievement. If hoped that JC would do a different game then you can doit yourself.

I strongly disagree with "Learn a parser toolkit". If you want to do it yourself you should write also a parser yourself.

EXERCISE REGULARLY. Nobody forces you to drink coffee. Really I don't think it's so hard to do programming w/o becoming a complete nerd.

- programming in boring languages (Java); It's not the language IMHO, but for me rather the problem that Java programming involves using libs and configuring stuff (which is rather dumb and boring) rather then designing algorithm and unders

As a CUDA developer I'm pissed off by this decision.. Last time I checked OpenCL wasn't ready (much slower then CUDA) so I don't see how one could use the new Macs for serious GPU development :( Also Adobes premiere uses CUDA.. maybe Apple

Ah just saw that you did Python and JS first. So yes I suggest learning C or C++ (maybe C first, because it's easier)
