Python is really simple and easy to read, and macros can make it really hard to switch from code base to code base in ruby. Python is also the #1 intro teaching language in boot camps.

The parent post, makes allowances for medical exceptions in their footnote. The point is there's no medical reason to circumcise en-mass or by default. Norway's ban is for ritual circumcision, which is not by a doctor.

There are a lot of rules in regards to auto-enroll and qualified investments. If you are auto-enrolled, you are going to be in a mix of bonds and stocks appropriate to your age (conservatively), or just a balanced fund. So not really design

Actually guideline is charging the participant fee as 3bps, which is a percentage of assets (but this is spectacularly low). They are charging the employer directly the per participant fee.

In 401k plans, employee money is employee money. They can make rules so that you can raid your own retirement, but not your employer.

Keyczar is a wrapper around crypto primitive libraries. The .net Version actually is based on Bouncy Castle even. However the big downside is that Keyczar is not maintained well. Pull requests sit for years, not good for a security related
