This is true and I totally adhere to it, but, I also think sometimes it's useful to choose the latest and greatest not for the technical aspect, but to attract good devs to work for you.

In Arabic language different dialects/variations have different punctuations and pronunciations which changes how a word is pronounced but not what the word is or what it means.

Muslim here. I do think the people who draw pictures of Muhammad do so fully knowing that it will offend Muslims. The only message they're trying to get across is "we don't like you".

It'll be interesting to know. You can't make calls from the plane to transmit location. You can however, do it when you detect the luggage has landed, based on altitude and/or airport coordinates.
