Agree with everyone saying to use something like Trello, Asana, Google Docs, etc. Unless you need a "special" CRM feature, I think you can get by on using a generic tool that fits your workflow, and is simpler to get going with. I

I do the same. Is there some sort of program/system you use to look up stuff you've bookmarked? I'm thinking I'd like something to set tags/keywords to each bookmark so I can look them up a bit easier later on.
