Has this conversation with a friend the other day when an electrical crew came to our place. We couldn't wrap our heads around the way they were able to finish so quickly and efficiently, when for us it would have probably taken days.

Exactly this - I don't believe that it's meant to be a "you're now completely fixed" type of solution, but it does seem like it would increase quality of life as it is meant to. Similar to SSRIs.
