A really interesting biography which shows this is far from a new problem is Boyd: The Fighter Pilot who Changed the Art of War. I read it a few months ago. Highly recommended.

yeah, I would agree with this. You may not have the servers locally, but there is still a lot of admin stuff to do, and Azure doesn't configure itself.
