I don't think it is made by Vercel, they are hosting it on Vercel. There is a link to the developers Twitter and GitHub at the top of the page.

I recently re-downloaded Twitter to give it another chance and I can confirm it does still promote Elon's posts everywhere. Even when I have select "Show less like this" etc.

For me, now, Google is using the OP article as the "answer", highlighting the quoted incorrect answer from Quora, "Yes, an egg can be melted"... The irony is full circle, from the article, re. a similar situation is 2017
