Looks like good design choices to me. Separating the power and compute from goggles reduces weight on the headset. Its ideally suited to be integrated into a special ops soldier's helmet for use on the battlefield. Or a surgical visor

Honestly, github and video screen are way more informative. Usually through cyclops.io so we can jump into whiteboarding or screen sharing. If there was a way to have a single hosting platform. Where candidates could create 90 second video
