   My first thought was perhaps Amazon also got to pick up some of Netflix's employees in a deal but that seems like it would be difficult to enforce.

   I was just thinking today that if we are allowed to cage animals who have the mental development of a 6 year old, why can't we justify caging people who have the mental capacity of a 6 year old.

   It's hard because music you can actually track how many people are listening to what songs and how much of the song they listen to and compensate accordingly. If they were able to track how often a person used an app then I don't
