Sure. Using html5 canvas, it animates images in 3 different modes: flip, vertical, horizontal and the animation can be controlled like a video via controls. You can also convert the animation to a GIF (I want to add video conversion later)

This is true but I think the idea and functionality are great. So maybe with a little cleanup I think it could be one of the better/more useful bootstrap oriented sites that I've been seeing on here lately. At least from a developer's persp

Started off as a side project to broaden my horizons. I wanted to learn more about semantic markup while learning RoR and various javascript frameworks. I stuck with RoR & knockoutjs to produce this. I've grown pretty attached to it now

I love google and at the same time hate them. I've been working on something similar as a side project for a while now. The potential use of microdata is great in this regard and really being able to put the web at your finger tips is going

They are the same as in yes, it's the same idea - a gantt chart but Hipmunk's way better looking and more interactive. When I say clone, I don't mean to imply they simply copied it with no originality - I'm just pointing out this fact to al

except that Hipmunk's interface is a clean clone of ITA's matrix search's gantt view ( http://matrix.itasoftware.com/ ) - I'm sure it'll be a matter of time before that makes it into google's interface.
