I finished a BSc and an MSc with quarto and fossil. It had to be in Word so I wrote a VBA script that pulled comments so I could edit my markdown files easier.

I cut back because I found that I couldn't go a day without it without a massive headache. Took me 2 weeks to stop craving coffee. And about a month until I started to feel right. I still have the occasional coffee but don't drink

This is horrendous. Kudos for creating something but I think by combining shell scripts with yaml you've made an abomination. Not only do I need to know the shell commands but also your yaml DSL too?
