   Render will host Rails apps, but if you can share more about what your app is, what other tech you need (Redis, PostgreSQL, uptime, etc) you can get more specific help.

   For me, I'd use a platform like interviewing.io where you'll GET actionable feedback -- most companies won't give you feedback at all, other then "here's your offer" or "nah, thanks anyway"

   Missing is Aaron's base salary in this reply. 3% at different annual salaries can mean an awful lot to a lot of people. As a manager, and also as someone who has done similar herculean efforts, it can be 'dangerous' to reward

   I love using reveal.js, having a cross-platform, browser-based presentation system is really great. I would never thought about using Google Glass in concert though, brilliant idea!
