   They can foresee it, the risks are probably built into their cost-benefit analysis. The cost is small so they just don't care.

   Regardless, Uber should be able to detect those biases and hopefully correct for them. It wouldn't look too good if a discriminated group start getting kicked off

   If there is a warning system in place, maybe let you know why you might be getting low ratings, I don't see a problem with this. If you're abusing a service and not following their general guidelines, they have every right to remo
