Sadly it didn't. And it also lead to extreme bleeding in the brain metastasis that we had to stop it. Switched to BRAF/MEK inhibitors and that looked good for a few months until it didn't anymore.

My father is currently dying of malignant melanoma with brain metastasis... I wish this treatment was available a few years ago.

It depends. 40 out of 60 is easier to grasp for many people than 67%. Percentages are better in cases where the numbers are harder to imagine (like your second example).
