Maybe it's my own biased opinion, but I am referring to the large bankroll you need to prove to INS that you will not become a ward of the state for Chinese, whereas I have heard Europeans and Canadians can come as the please.

Unless I am misremembering, decriminalizing drugs in Portugal led to less people using them. Going from this, criminalizing libraries might be the best thing that could ever happen to education.

If you are the sort of person who wants attribution, there are licenses for that. If you license your stuff in a way that does not require attribution, don't complain when people don't. It is as simple as that.

That makes perfect sense. I really like that it changes the css for the entire class. This would have good applications for a mockup website, you could add elements, alter classes, and add more elements in a consistent manner.
