   Pallet was actually born out of frustration using chef to automate a website at my previous startup. The initial versions actually used chef solo, and added jclouds for node provisioning (we actually demo'd this to Opscode, back before Fog

   I'm building CloudHoist.com, a cross-cloud console that does node provisioning, configuration and administration. http://cloudhoist.com/ Lisp in general is amazing, and being able to deploy to the JVM is a huge win for Clojure.
