Note: column staggered is harder to adjust to than a split keyboard I did not realize this when I switched from one split keyboard to another. It’s fine, but it was a difficult adjustment.

Sorry, you specifically mentioned "these dumps". I don't know about "those" dumps. Mattermost and Element can import everything from Slack, but it might require following their instructions.

Yes, both Mattermost and Element have tools that can. (BTW, I tried Element and regretted it (massively lacks polish) before switching to Mattermost and I'm loving it!)

There do exist automated dispute resolution mechanisms like UMA. Though even they reduce to human voters when results are disputed. So effectively yes, you need (a) decision maker(s) in the loop.
