While I'm in favour of limiting social media for kids, there doesn't seem to be a right way to do it unless this system doesn't store identification data, just confirms their age and deletes everything.

The only solution to have less people drinking alcohol so that there is less money to be made selling alcohol. The best way to have less people drinking alcohol is probably to make it illegal to use and buy alcohol.

Also the fact that the change of pace helps in general, you can turn his anecdote around and it still sounds plausible (worked in the office for 5y and started to get slightly depressed, really appreciated starting WFH once it came, etc).
