I have had problems with chronic insomnia and tried melatonin — horrible nightmares. So bad I would lay awake in the morning a bit, just stunned at how horrible they were. No thanks.

Actually, the data is encrypted firstly with a per-device key that is unique to the phone and unable to be accessed directly (unless you want to go decapping chips), then additionally with a hash of your pin or password. A copy of the data

On the iPad now this is a four fingers swipe up, then a single press. Or a 4 finger swipe across to the next app.
