Is this speed measured by GPS or vehicle? In my experience, even though speedmeter in the instrument panel shows 10mph over, actual GPS speed is around speed limit.

I wonder why almost every apps that was introduced at first don't support wide character type system such as CJK. Atom's soft wrap doesn't works well. It seems to count character length in order to split the line.

If you are correct for the first clause(8 Flops/MHz), 45GHz of Ivy Bridge core has 360k Flops (8 Flops/MHz * 45GHz ==> 8 Flops * 45k).

The translation is almost same, however, the meaning is quite different. Chinese 망양보뢰 means that it is not too late to fix the cowshed after lost. Korean, however, shows the useless of the fixing activity. Later connotes the regret. :)

I agree with it. If Apple supports Device Management scheme, S.Korea Military won't prevent iPhone. Actually not just iPhone but all other phones that MDM cannot be installed.

As I am Korean, I also feels same difficulty for English sound between 'r' and 'l'. 'f' and 'p'. because in Korean, 'r' and 'l' have same sound 'ㄹ'

Korean (letter) is easy. Korean (language) is quite difficult. There are many irregular syntax and postposition. Also, there are many rules for a prolonged sound.

before Korean was invented, Chinese letters are used in Korea. Korean was invented based on the form of mouth that need to speak that sound. For example to say 'ㄱ', your mouth should be form like that. Not all Korean letter was made based o

IMO, most important design value for HN should be readability. But this design? I don't think so. It just distract viewer's focus. Current HN has too wide with respect to font size neither. :(

By the way, that article page is too hard to read comfortably. Shortened the width of each paragraph and upsize the font will be really good for me to read it. tl;dr , I didn't read that page. :(
