   It's disappointing that Autodesk seems to have eaten everything, but does WebGL necessarily help to standardise any sort of 3D asset format? The (few, simple) WebGL examples I've looked at seem to use JSON to transport the assets

   Yes, I think it must be a problem with the graphics card or driver rather than the browser itself.

   Also crashes in Firefox 24 on the same machine.

   This crashes Safari on my mac. Seems to be a segfault originating somewhere in the graphics card driver. Card is an ATI HD 4870. Running MacOS X 10.8.5/Safari 6.0.5.

   I'm curious as to how were they able to poach. Money, equity, working conditions, all of these, none of these...? Working conditions in some of the big companies in the real games industry sound pretty bad to me, but I am only going on lazy
