10-year veteran of the CGI trenches here. The issue isn't really technology at all - it's the people. Blockbuster films would fly out the door at 1/10th the cost if directors/writers/executives/etc could make

I'm a vfx guy and used to work at ILM (lucasfilm). This title is incredible misleading. Tech to "previsualize" objects "in camera" has been around a long time and is in pretty wide use. Avatar used it very heavily,

As a freelance CG artist who changes insurance providers a few times a year, if someone made a site to take care of finding doctors and making appointments I would give you my left arm.
