   I don't know if it will be collective, maybe more of a trickling off. I've already moved out to east bay; my company's generous work from home policy helped a lot in this regard.

   This is a naive perspective, but, imagine someone has 10 million dollars banked, and earns 175,000 a year in dividends. S/he pay 26-35k in taxes (15-20%, cause I don't know tax code). Now, a couple has a combined income of 175,00
