Cloudflare forces you to use their dns. You can’t use route 53, for example. Which is shitty with domain transfer cool off periods.

Cloudflare registrar is poor recommendation because you are forced to use Cloudflare dns. I learned this the hard way when I had to use route 53 dns and had to wait 60 days to transfer. I don’t know how this is allowed, registrars should be
