It has to do with the wage premium. it is still widdening for college grads. This needs to change for demand and thus prices and aid to fall. governments subsidize college so much because of the high roi.

meh. pro hackers do not crack or bruteforce passwords except as a last resort. they instead find some critical vulnerability that bypasses the need for passwords, or steal the browser sesion, or use malware. this is how so many people got

Writing advice is overrated. it's hard to know what readers will like. a lot of randomness involved. also, you need to build rapport or trust with the audience or reader, which is hard.
