Its very easy, you have a configuration setting with the list of algorithms and a short textual description. Users try them and quickly change off ones they don't like till they settle on one they like best.

Yeah my expensive Lenovo Slim 7 Pro Carbon edition has just had the hinge fail at 11 months. I'm sick and tired of high end Windows laptops all failing due to hardware issues. I am seriously considering a Mac for the first time in two

That house is not in the same context as 20 years ago. Constant growth provides more amenity for the house than previously, and higher competitive desireability. To get an equivalent house you need to go further out to a less developed area

That is wrong, you can fix 100%. However in Australia the fixed terms are shorter, typically 1-5 years.
