1) Yes you can include it as the default or optional search engine. 2) We used to have an add URL page but a significant proportion of the submissions were spam. We will look into ways genuine submissions could be accepted as lots of people

That's strange, it's valid until 8th January 2021. This doesn't happen for me in Firefox 83 for Mac so that's weird!
