That’s a huge exaggeration. Tall buildings require a much greater footprint than a single detached home. Knock down three adjacent homes and you can get maybe 6-8 levels, which would be no more than 40 families.

I believe Uiua is an excellent one to look at first. It’s simpler than the others you mentioned without sacrificing any power (that I know of). You can type in meaningful words which then appear as cute glyphs, rather than learning new ways
