As with most things LLM, you can generally get what you want by asking for it (maybe not efficiently, but so it goes). "Once you have a answer, please summarize, and ask an agent to convert it to plain English" often helps.

If I'm following correctly, the conflicts arise from other commits made to main already - you've implicitly caught branch A up to main, and now you need catch branch B up to main, for a clean merge. I don't see how there is a
