   I took those things m, and I’m a successful software engineer and founder with an exit. I can never remember anything but joules for energy. Which I think doesn’t matter? And my RV has amp-hours? No fucking idea.

   As long as you aren’t illegally discriminating, it’s more important that you avoid hiring shitty people than it is that you eliminate all bias. You can’t single-handedly solve the systemic problem of unequal access to opportunity.

   And indeed they seem to have produced a test that is correlated with success.

   You are right it’s not trivial, but on the other hand if you simply try to make such a test you’d do better than completely uncorrelated pretty easily I’d suppose.
