I thought this is happening for me because I have an old iPhone 11 with degrading battery, screen etc. Did not realize that this is so widespread problem across devices. Really annoying when that happens! Almost unusable phone.

sometimes if you have downloaded an app on Mac it automatically tries to install itself on iPhone due to some settings somewhere. Not saying that's the case with your app but I've noticed that with apps being installed on my iPhon
