I don't think anyone disagrees and I don't really see negative comments about the devs or the studio. The problem is the game itself, gameplay wise. It's just boring for many (including me)

I don't really enjoy the game for more than 10-20 hours after picking it up (gets boring fast for me), and have problems with it, but kudos to the dev team. I agree, huge turnaround

Only if you are using a framework like React, where you create generic Button and other components. Try using Tailwind with server-side rendered frameworks like Rails or vanilla HTML, and you will find yourself repeating the same stuff over

I am pretty sure they opened their excel sheet, ordered the employees by salary, and got rid of the highest paid 10% of each department. Or the lowest performing 10% based on a score in the excel. They are just numbers to them

I am/was mainly interested in Common Lisp. I might give Vim another try, that would be the best if it worked. I really don't like vscode

I just wish a good IDE existed so I don't have to use Emacs. That's what made me drop lisp in the past. I would be happy with (neo)Vim setup as well, but that was way behind Emacs and broken when I tried.

Well, you put a lot of trust in the individuals in this case. A disgruntled employee can just let the bad guys in on purpose, saying "Yes they belong here".
