   Does that $3 million also include the expertise needed to operate and maintain the machine? You also need to account for the money the hospital needs to save to buy a new one when the one they have becomes outdated. Still might not add up

   I think the problem is that to transition to a public transit model would require the transportation to be built first. It would also require the public transit to operate at a loss for a decade or two while buildings and people transition

   I and many other people would rather be dead than tortured. Torturing doesn't actually accomplish anything either. Anyone will say what you want to hear to get the pain to stop. Torture is more about some sick revenge.
