I suggest codeacademy if all he wants to do is learn some HTML/CSS. He can try stuff out on JSFiddle.net by editing he HTML and CSS textboxes.

Can you ensure that common activities such as typing, writing, stretching etc. won't be registered as intended triggers for actions? Anyway, amazing product! I can totally see myself using and developing with one!

It seems like everybody starts out, just like I did, with "The Good Parts" only to realize that the book is much too abstract for practical purposes. With that said, there IS a reason as to why the book is so highly rated. It might not help

Honestly, I'm not a fan of the whole thing. Why would I want to remember every single day? I'd much rather spend the time required to compose these 1 second bits on building up and moving towards a much more significant moment.

A few things are important in my opinion regarding productivity: 1) Minimal lying in bed. If you're in your bed, you should be sleeping. If you can't fall asleep find out why and fix it. 2) Don't get distracted. Of course, easier said than

I'm guessing any circadian rhythms would adjust with your new waking up/exercise schedule making it no different to your body to exercise that early.

Awesome! I like the dark colours but I think it would be wiser to have a much lighter theme as a default.
