After reading this thread, I've realized I have to make sure my next employer actually believes in testing. I don't know how anyone can move forward in a long term application without having regressions done for you in the form of testing.

I chose tests all functionality, but thats completely unrealistic. We TRY to test everything beyond just critical items, but we'll never get there.
