Pretty sure this is correct. You only notice it when it comes right out of the top. Other days it may be 25%, 50%, or 75% of the way up. And that's still bad for your oesophagus over the long term. My dad got cancer right at the bottom

Just to clarify: Trump didn't do worse than Maduro (he got stopped) but he did do much worse than "ignore the election results" in that he actively tried to overturn the results.
