   This was fun and it will probably produce some nice output, but developers in particular, have a tendency to don´t see the value in being able to inspire and lead people. Being a leader is mainly people work, and AI cannot replace that.

   Just have a simple rule. The period from 4pm to 8pm in the week days are holy. No work - no phone. Kids are the top priority. If you can stick to this you are most likely spending more time with your kids than a normal non-ambitious parent

   I think it also has to do with the experience after using AI for a while. I have decided to leave what has been my workplace for over 15 years - mainly to do other types of work. Why? I stopped thinking in my current job as a system archite
