Google could probably do it if they REALLY wanted to. But to handle all the small nuances and complexities is not trivial. An example - larger companies will never use Expensify because of a lot of features that it lacks compared to Concur.

LG should've gone out years ago. Hindsight is 20/20 but it just wasn't worth it after G6 in my opinion. Obviously, G4 was when they should've really stopped but that's much harder to predict.

As someone that worked at an OEM, updating used to be a huge hassle and required a lot of R&D work. Project Treble definitely simplified this effort and I'm glad this is enabling and making life better for users.
