It completely is. Planet names all their constellations after birds (Dove, Pelican, Tanager, Owl - SkySat was an acquisition, so not their naming convention) so they describe their constellations as Flocks. Nothing to do with the other comp

Data drift. The data you are doing real world inference on can start changing, meaning your model performance starts degrading, so the model needs to be retrained on new data (that you have to collect and prepare).

Not a lot of it is unsafe, I think they said 4%? It's practically impossible to write safe Rust when you are calling external libs written in C/C++, like they do for the Javascript engine.
