So you want software regulations on how code ought to be done? Forcing the separation of components based on safety... what even warrants a component to fall under these regulations. Such a dangerous slope. Just think of a time when regulat

The problem with making it public is it would start this process of regulation. Then it gives way for these regulations to be used in such a way that would greatly restrict software creativity and growth.

As bad as it is to screw the environment.. I am still shocked by all the out rage coming from countries. Its like everyone forgot GM knowingly left faulty parts that were killing people for 10 years. This entire thing seems so political.

As suggested above RoR (ruby on rails) would be a good starting point. The js world is changing to fast to really sink your teeth into one framework. Even angular is about to get dumped. Maybe it would be wise to jump on a new framework pre

Yeah sorry, so what I meant was: What type of startup are you? Do you have a product? Software as a service? Some sort of service startup? Answering questions about what type of business you are will give a better idea of what your needs ar

Even if Harper goes (and if he doesn't I call shenanigans) the bill has been passed. The damage has been done. If liberals win it is highly unlikely they would remove that bill, and if NDP wins still i doubt they will abolish the bill.
