This tax deferment only applies to investment property. As I understand it, if you're living there, then 1031 is not an option for you.

I think the real issue is that Nvidia is the most closed when it comes to releasing specs. With the proper specs, open source developers will produce better drivers than Nvidia.

The development tools might be free, but OSX certainly isn't, especially when you factor in the overpriced hardware. This is the number one reason I picked Android development over iOS.

In the grand scheme, bitcoin, (or a derivative technology) could certainly become a game changer in the not too distant future. Accepting bitcoin probably doesn't hurt.
