That's true enough if it's a straight choice between those two scenarios. But it's a quirk of human nature that if you try and do something 3 times a week you're less likely to stick to it than doing something every day

I'm not sure that "can't afford" is the right conclusion. The amount of money a site makes off each person by showing ads is miniscule, so almost anyone could afford to pay at least as much for the content as the adverts

As it stands, the description is quite vague. It might be better to increase the focus on what you feel is the unique selling point of this community, and de-emphasise the stuff that you can do in lots of other places (e.g. share code). Als

When I looked at doing the same thing a few years ago, I found it was explicitly ruled out in the conditions attached to the eBay API. There may be a way to get by under the radar, but I considered it a sufficiently sketchy business model I
